  • Fellow California native and resident takes home the san diego title, YESS!, lsv is the man, one of the best players in the game, and even though I've never met him, I consider him my mentor, I've learned so much from watching play and commentate, and draft and explain decks and strategies

  • congratulations lsv on the best run ever!

  • I love that you use a shirt instead of a hockeyjersey, looks alot more professional.

I'm also happy about the fact that you and LSV aren't bickering as much. I used to sit on the edge on my seat feeling a bit uneasy when watching your show because of the tension, LSV tossing you some snide remarks etc, just like mashi used to do to LSV. Im happy you can get along now, much more fun to watch that way.

And also nice new haircut! =)

  • @ Everyone bugging about no Canada jersey:

You hear LSV saying he's going to Madrid soon. That means this was taped before this past weekend and thus before Canada's gold medal.

  • TSG made the pro tour? What's the best mashi ever did?

  • It's not fashionable.

  • Hey Tristan, Canada won gold in hockey, be proud and wear a jersey!

  • Grats TSG and LSV on your respected accomplishments.

  • Oh yeah more lotus cobra than jace int eh top 8 and lotus cobra is how bad and jace is how good? people are so silly, every card exists in context. With less lightning bolt and less 2-3 mana bombs around and more 4 and 5 mana game breakers cobra would be in 3/8 instead of 1/8, better counterspells and jace would be in 3/8 of the top 8 ect, as it is bloodbraid still reins supreme with 16 copies played, although there were 19 lightning bolts as well.

  • jund is still the best deck unfortunately, happy to see the version that won was the smarter version that didnt have the dead maindeck cards against control (terminate and bit blast) ehich is how the deck should be built now, especially with jace running around you don't want to stumble on low land draws or draws clogged with terminate and bit blast. (of course i still think any deck with jace in it is tier 2, but theres plenty of tunnel vision players that are pretty decent running around)
