Beginners and intermediate players who are working on their backhands should learn to "lift the ball" so that they can safely rally high above the net.

  • These are the drills to develop an advanced backhand - you're not very smart if you're looking at Helmut's backhand and then judging the titles. Would my backhand fall into the advanced level? ;) That's how you develop it...

    And if you're interested in pro level backhands, the drills are useless to you because you'll never reach that stage. That's why you don't see pro drills on Youtube...
