We often hear it, but how true is the phrase 'Money can't buy happiness'? Is there a correlation between the two, and if so, what can we learn from it? It turns out, if you think money and happiness are exclusive, you simply aren't spending it right.

I just cannot see this working in the long term. To start with maybe everyone works together to make it work but I don't have enough faith in humanity, a lot of people are either naturally slackers or out to look after number one and don't care who gets screwed along the way. Without people to control this and reign people in when they are straying from whatever system you have going it will eventually just fall apart, we need decision makers and people in authority to have a working system.

Why is there racism, or why do people discriminate based on any broad characteristic?

Now you're making erroneous assumptions. In Anarcho-Syndicalism or Workers' Self-Management there isn't a tiered or hierarchical decision making structure. It's based on the self-management principle (i.e. autogestion as advocated by Proudhon). Workers through their unions and associations form committees staffed by rotary delegates who can be recalled at anytime and serve a single term. Obviously doctors, engineers, scientists aren't rotated. Education and training are free for menial workers.
