I am using the SQL 2008 Express that is included, so I'm stuck getting started as this tutorial covers a full SQL process. Any recommendations for where I can turn next?

@Linthade Yes SQL Express is supported according to the View 5 Installation and Configuration Guide. You will need to download and install SQL Management Studio so you can administer your SQL and follow the steps in this video
