this is typical rhode island though, the other night my girllriend, who happens to be narraggansset native / bolivian and i a dark puerto rican were on are way back from a date , the state troopers assuming we were suspicious stopped us with out explanation , harrassed us then let us go seeing we had clean records, no aoplogies or anything this what RI is a racist state.

you dumb people must understand that all native americans pay federal taxes.....treaty rights between the United States and Tribes gave them sovereign rights as domestic nations...domestic nations do not need to abide by state taxes...but they must abide by federal taxes...the state just is greedy wanting native money....pick up a U.S history book retards...
