well lets not even bother fighting about this. i don't hate nate but my opinion is that he seems to judge alot more then blair did him. he like glared at her for the rest of season 1. and also about the "i love you" part nate says that he has feelings for every girl he meets ie. serena, blair, vanessa, and jenny. with chuck and blair i think chuck really doesn't like himself as a person so he find it hard that accept that blair loves him and i think he was afraid of how he felt about her.

the part where you think Nate is acting like he's above everyone else..where did that come from??don't go justifying the chuck-is-better-than-nate-crap coz Nate's not the one who ditched Blair in season 1 finale. Neither was Nate the douche bag who couldn't say I love you all season long!

well the thing about nate is that he acts all holier than thou where as chuck actually admits to and owns up to what he is. nate always tries to act like he is above everyone ie. sleeping with serena and expecting forgiveness from blair, and when blair slept with chuck he shut her down and wouldn't even give her a second chance
