my green otto bin

well here is the 60 gallon green bin i bought from my nieghbor for three bucks. he barely ever uses it and it just sits in his back yard. i asked if i could borrow it because we had extra tree trimmings and then he said i could have it cuz it just sits in his yard. he said it wud cost me three bucks cuz his car broke and he needed money for the bus.
