Great set-up! I have something similar to this set-up off my deck in my backyard for my 5 and 6 yr olds. I get out there with them, and swing on the monkey bars. I am in the process of building a Marine style obstacle course in the backyard. Noe of todays playgrounds have any of these things, and all of today's youth is growing up soft because of this.

i agree, kids today are too protected, they will never learn. They are doomed to softness for all eternity. Have fun with your projects.

Matt, search "bartendaz" on youtube. They've got some pretty wicked exercises for bars. It'll give you a lot of exercises

The only thing I could think of while watching is that guy is in the process of developing some nice calluses in the palm of his hands - or he already has. I found them annoying at times.

yeah, my hands get jacked up, but thats part of the game. you either harden the fuck up or do some seated hammer strength presses with gloves, or nothing at all.
