That sounds horrible...I used to feel similar - though not suicidal, just severely depressed and plagued with anxiety. It wasn't from alcohol though, just from my brain. Luckily, anti-depressants and cognitive behavioral therapy helped me for years, until I was able to feel fine on my own (change of circumstance or maybe my brain changed?) Best of luck to you.

You're not alone. I live everyday in regret & suicidal thoughts but, have been suicidal since 14 so, I have no more tears to shed nor care much about anything. I have very few friends but, good friends. I doubt I'll ever commit suicide. I went to rehab once for it & it helped but, not for long. I just live & enjoy very little. I dropped out of school for 2 years but went back. I make lots of money but am still very alone & unhappy. I don't get why people even exist. I hope you're happier.
