  • Lidia is a true chef, she has authentic recipes, and she has done her homework..Unlike Giada and Rachel who recipes are being given to by production and narrated. Lidia is a true pioneer not, only is she authentic but she tells you the history of each dish. Shes a true teacher. She's passionate for what she does. Shes been there and lived it. Youre the greatest Lidia. God bless you and may we have you with us for many many years.
