Scurvy Snowman 4

We get back to your house, where we'd been before. We say our last goodbyes as we walk to your door. You turn for one last glance. I give you one last wave. You cry as you recall the reasons you gave. You race back for a hug. I tell you "It's ok." Tomorrow is always a new day.

You wake up in a daze, start running down the stairs. Race to the door hoping I'm still there. You take a step outside. You're blinded by the light, realizing fully what happened last night. Your closest friend is gone. He melted all away...
...but you can build him up again any day.

Nothing is real, it's all pretend
I'm fading out
But this doesn't have to be the end

Nothing turns out as we intend
You smashed it up
