mami please give me your opinion on this.I saw this on TBO 7/8/08 Pretrial hearing B.Mayes, her mom and their lawyer work their way through the media,they get to an elevator.With the media still amongst them,The Mayes Lawyer pulls a cell phone out of his pocket.Leaving his emotional clients prone to media questions. Now what phone call couldn't wait 2 minutes for him to be in his car? Do you think a good lawyer may have waited a tad bit?Of cource you could tell me how fair the media is

Maybe I am misunderstanded the term "They'll be trialed as adults." From what I am hearing from my group (Please don't insult us), the people with the lesser charges as Mercades, are the ones harmed the most. I know there is a chance you have to show team spirit. You should also know, having co-defendants is not a good thing. Please don't think I am trying to get in your hair. You know I do support my point of view. TBC with a question.

rebelgod2k I am a NJ Law Enforement Officer our code number for this if you which to google ( New Jersey 2c:2-6 Accomplice Liabilty) I am predicting if this does go to court not only will the 8 see charges, possible some of their parents, all because 1 girl won't step up and take the weight, and IMHO the weight would be 5 years with 3 years in jail, 2 year probation, you may be talking 1-3 with that time. it could just be hardcastle or Cooper who's all ready nailed on Battery, they are cowards

Thanks for helping me but she's right I wrote bad things about her, I agree with your research, I stand by my statements, but but she has a right to call me what she did. It's our argument. Thanks for e-mailing me that web page. Thank you more for e-mailing to the person that now needs it. The woman is having a real hard time. Take it easy on her.

I ran out of space. I would post the webpage here but for unknown reasons youtube don't go for webpages posted on video comments. The Viking takes his time to warn you of the horrors of court. I have heard the Florida verdicts and sentences handed out for felonies that where NOT delibrate. It stuns me to think, you want your daughter to go into THAT courtroom and face that machine. The idea you can't see where this guy is coming from tells me that you are the ignorant one.
