In this video, I teach you how to make tabouleh. Though very easy to prepare, this dish offers wonderful health benefits and is extremely delicious - see for yourself!

I also am revealing the secret of how to make tabouleh last in your refrigerator for a whole week without becoming mushy or turning black.

Tabouleh is also known as "tabouli" in the United States.

  • Wow! Such strong opinions on cooking! I thought this dish was beatifully executed and gave me many ideas of different variations on making this dish. If you don't like this particular recipe and are experienced with making Tabouleh, then why watch this video? Thank you for demonstrating how to make Tabouleh! I think I will leave out the peppers and pomagranites but that is my personal taste...

  • @dgbregman It is so refreshing to hear from an open mind. This is what, in my opinion, makes for an amazing chef. If you can keep an open mind in any art form, be it painting, cooking, or bricklaying, you will produce new art and contribute to the world in positive ways.

    Enjoy!

  • this is not what a real tabboule is made of this is bullshit...this video provides wrong information about a lebanese salad which is really insulting to the food culture of that country, its like saying a hamburger is made with corned beef

  • @vito9000 While I appreciate your passion for food, I'd like you to know that a variation of food differs greatly from country to country, city to city, and person to person. If you ask 10 people how they prepare their hamburger patties, you will get 10 different variations of the recipe; some with breadcrumbs, some with chicken and beef, and some grilled or broiled.

What I teach as an artist is keep an open mind, work hard, and enjoy yourself at all times. If you don't like it, don't do it.

Keep the Salad Real an True to its Authentic Ingredients or call it something else inorder to advertise your Skills at Artistic cooking-in that case you can even add bananas and pineapples to this salad you made but make sure you don't call it Tabbouleh cause its offensive.

  • @vito9000 Offended by my Tabouleh? Ah, you must be the touchy-feely type. That's alright, enjoy the Tabouleh salad anyways!

    All the best,

    Ashley

  • so delicious. I will try and make it as well. Hopefully it will be as good as yours.

  • @vito9000 Get your head out of a salad bowl and introduce yourself to the world of FOOD! The passion and excitement of creating your own authentic dish comes from the unique differentness that varies person to person which is what gives each dish its own individuality and delicious taste. Become Inspired and learn from this video, or don't be insulting. Simple.

That being said, thank you @SherBB, @Maesterofcool, and everyone else below who has been giving my mom such great support! :D

  • I love your videos! please make more! I have learned so much from you in just the 3 videos. I am sure you have so much more to share with the world. Thank you, -Sheri

  • I tried tabouleh for the first time tonight and I fell in love. I also learned that there are many variations and I plan on trying yours when I decide to make it. Looks absolutely WONDERFUL! Such a refreshing salad. :)

  • No pomagranits for me. Don't leave out the green onion or scallians. My god, it takes a lot of work but it's worth it.

  • I have never tried it with pomegranat. Looks good

  • @BecomeInspired no worries Ashley! I am always so stunned by the rude comments that can be posted on Facebook.

  • @BecomeInspired

The whole Culture of Tabbouleh is Offended by how you make it-Those are not the Real Ingredients, you can attack my sensitivity all you like lool, but that won't change the fact that your Tabouleh is an Act of Forgery of a very special simple salad.
