  • This is wonderful. I have been unable to walk my dogs due to physical problems which make both walking and holding leashes difficult. I have two rescue dogs. A Pit Bull and a Pit Mix. They are very close is size and strength and would love to train them to do this so they can get the exercise they need.

  • @Reesfun Glad to find that this will help you out. But keep in mind that even though I have a similar problem ( I have drop foot), I had my wife there to help. Also we went to qualified dog training classes (Sit Means Sit) to learn how to teach and communicate different task.

  • do u have to have a special harness to pull any cart or just this one?I have an australia shepherd that i would like to train to help exercise her.

  • @technologicaldreamer Every cart requires a harness. The harness we use can be used for either side attaching or top attaching. Due to the number of dogs we have our cart requires top attaching, necessitating a third front wheel to keep the pull bar off their backs. So, depending on the style of your cart, you have to hook the dog up either from the side or top. The padding on the harness is important.

  • @doghaven1 where do u get the special harness at?

  • @technologicaldreamer We purchased ours from Ikon Outfitters Ltd., 7597 Latham Rd., Lodi, WI 53555-9526 - Phone 608-592-4397. We purchased in June 2007. Hope they are still selling them. They gave us a lot of info on dog carting.

  • Awesome Dogs!

  • @Nako521 Appreciate your comment and knowing others feel the same about rescue dogs. It is important not only to save them but to integrate them into your life. Take care, Konrad & Linda

  • Thanks for the video! Excellent job. It's really encouraging to see folks giving rescue dogs another chance and a job!
