somehow the game glitched and the time froze, but he could still kill people and get +5 seconds. Most likely used a standby switch. But i don't know which one it is but one of the 1 mil + scores has like a 15 combo. -.- also the PA leader admitted it.

the 1mil + points was a glitch. PS3 score is 970k (legitely)
