  • Here's why there's all this hate twoards Pavel on this forum: the haters are nothing more than candy-ass pussies. KB training is brutal. They can't handle it. I've been working out with a myriad of exercises and techniques since before high school, and NO FORM OF resistance training is as tough (and rewarding) as KBs. I also have a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, so I know what I'm talking about.

  • "Damm you people should understand that you are lucky thats he is in USA training your couch potato asses."

This is about as true as it gets.

  • @kcswimmin Some people have degrees in Exercise Science, but learned little to nothing. I think you're trying to say that kettlebell training makes resistance training at any intensity more convenient. With regards to intensity and physiological adaptations, any form of resistance training can produce the same results as kettlebell training. Kettlebells are great, but like any type of equipment, it still has limitations.

  • who ever talks trash about pavel please post your workout on yt and than we will see if oyu are good but i guess no one will do that because we will all see how fat you are DAMN YOU HATERS

  • has anyone done the naked warrior series? and if so do you recommend it if im just starting to get into body weight training?

  • I like Pavel's humor.

  • Pavel is cool! Why hate on a dude who's doing so much to help people?

  • the kettlebell is the single most significant piece of training equipment anyone in any sport will ever pick up, period point blank.

  • Thank you Pavel for spreading your knowledge to us. It is deeply appreciated.

  • @blkettlebell i think that they are a versatile training tool which can definitely used to generate overall fitness.

  • @hypnosquirrel Are kettlebells a fad then? what do you think about them? I am not sure.

  • @aznkillercroc fear the guys with the strong core muscles not the forearms the arm is just the thing that hits not what generates the power for PUNCHING on the other hand if he grabbed you with those forearms it would probably be like sticking your bodypart in a metal press
