Fucks me off how few people rate Natas and Gonzales. Mullen might have invented the majority of the tricks but he skated flatground. Natas and Mark pioneered using the everything around them in the street. Street skating godfathers:)

The Gonz gets a little more raw recognition than Natas when it comes to being a "street pioneer" 'cus Gonz was on Alva and Vision and in the mags. Natas simply didn't have the exposure Mark did in the early-mid '80s. Natas says he wasn't really even "clued-in" to "skate culture" at the time. Which makes him even sicker (to me) 'cus he did it all on his own. Find the documentary "street skating 101"...pretty cool doc about Natas on the old 411 videos. Its in parts on Youtube, "Natas Kaupus Bio".
