@Scoinsoffaterocks, you clearly have never used CalTrain and BART. I use them all the time; and I must say that CalTrain is a more pleasant ride to San Francisco, it's cheaper, faster (sometimes three times faster than BART from Millbrae), the conductors are friendlier, it is quieter onboard the train, you can eat and drink, and there are power outlets onboard. Additionally, CalTrain runs "baby bullet" trains which bypass lesser used stations whereas BART is forced to stop at EVERY station!

Why does CalTrain even exist? Can't they just replace the line with BART? It will certainly improce efficiency.

@Amtrak6901 type vegas X train on the you tube search and see for your self. and there is the website on the vegas X train. the good news is that the party train is privat funded not federal funded.

Las vegas is getting a super liner calls the vegas X train, which will travel from L.A. to Las Vegas on the existing track, and their train will be similar to this accept the interrior of thier bi level cars will be much different, because some of their bi level car wont have a deck, it will be a sport bar cars, entertainment cars with black jeck tables and slot machine, and there coach seat will have reclining seats with LCD screens hanging from the celling, the round trip fairs is $99
