Shown here is the proper way to perform the extremely advanced throw-in maneuver known as the somersault throw-in. Also, is a poorly performed somersault throw-in and his opponent pays the price by taking a ball directly to the face.

Don't see anything wrong with the second throw in, both feet on the ground, hands went behind the head, pretty legit throw. Stupid Americans.
I'am completely ignoring the face that he did a somersault btw.
