I can now enter Exdeath's Castle.

Atmos: Easy because he can be hit by Sleep.

Crystals: I cut out most of the fight since it took way too long. The strategy can still be seen here. Faris uses Guard/Cover, blind the crystals with Darkness Bow, then slowly instant kill them with Killer Bow(8% chance). Elf Capes on the survivers to help with survival when it's down to the last crystal.

Galuf vs. Exdeath: One of the 2 reasons I picked up that Blue Magic.

i used gill toss to make him die fast :D world 3 is gonna be tough now :-/
