Connecticut Laborers' Rally For Jobs In Front Of WTNH-TV Ch. 8 New Haven April 2010. The WTNH-TV news report features Charles LeConche, Connecticut Laborers' District Council Liuna, and John Olsen, Connecticut AFL-CIO. Over 150 Connecticut workers and taxpayers rallied for job creation and for spending state tax dollar money with Connecticut companies and Connecticut workers. An AMTRAK project and the University of Connecticut have been a target of thousands of Connecticut taxpayers. Both organizations have hired out-of-state companies and workers with Connecticut tax dollars.
