@Yezidism07 Actually, let me correct you on that translation. S.P.Q.R stands for SENATVS POPVLVSQVE ROMANVS. Senatus stands for Senate. Populus stands for people, with Romanus being its adjective meaning roman. Que is a suffix meaning and. The correct translation would be "Senate and Roman People", not of.

@Yezidism07 It would be "Senate and People of Rome" :) "Que" means "and" , it is always written on the end of the second word in latin, but when you translate it, you read it like it is between first and second word ;)

I know this is 4 years old and everything but that is a wrong translation. the "que" on the end of Populus is an enclitic conjunction meaning "and". Ergo, it means "The Senate and People of Rome" or literary "The Senate and the Roman People"

@Yezidism07 Actually it is a slight bit different. The way I was taught is "The Senate and Roman People (or people of Rome)." The -que at the end of populus is basically "et," another way of saying "and."
