Bush tells reporters during a press conference that he isn't concerned about bin Laden only 6 months after 9/11, then lies about it during the 2004 Debates.

Out of context: in the latter clip, he was said "Focusing on one person.. indicates people don't understand the scope of the mission. Terror is bigger than one person. He's been marginalised.. the ultimate parasite"
So, when he said he wasn't "concerned" it's because Bin Laden was "marginalised," "on the run." He is NOT saying he didn't care or just let Bin Laden get away. To quote from him from the debate (which this video cuts out): "We are using every asset to get Bin Laden."
