  • These were campy fun even 30 years ago. And it was always funny when the intermission film was worn out from being shown 10,000 times.

  • with the bug ending up in the projector.

  • Yeah, they look a little charred...oh well, I'd still eat it! Little cheese and ketchup will cover the taste!!

  • at least this is a clean print, somtimes bugs gets in between the lamp and lens and makes a mess.

  • why are the hamburgers black?!

  • bad color timing and age of the film.

  • why does every drive-in mostly advertise the snack bar?

  • It looks like Jay Ward animation. I may be wrong, but the style is distinct.

  • @TimelordR If only AMC or Regal Entertainment had those in addition to their usual fare, then we'd be all set!

  • The only one that wasn't in color was Paper Moon. Out drive in theater sells hot dogs, corn dogs, french fries, popcorn, sodas, coffee and pizza by the slice

  • The animated introduction and "count-down transitions" were produced in 1974 (stills from "Cabaret", "The Godfather", "Serpico", "The Way We Were" and "Chinatown" are featured in the "Hollywood" montage).

  • drive ins were so cool glad there are a few of them still around and operating yet

  • That showtime tune returned in Spongebob Squarepants.

  • This is what they play at my local Drive-In

  • Popcorn,,,,,,drenched with hot melted butter

  • And if you don't like the movie. Slash The Seats

I still go to a Drive In Movie Theater
