when i start massaging my foot it will pop in various places as i move it around and it can hurt greatly. so should i avoid things that make this happen or is it ok? i wonder if i have arthritis or something. i need to see an MD i think, but don't have money. any other info u can provide would be appreciated.

I am glad I found this. I am very bad off, I am so bad off that I won't be at work for more that two hours and my feet start to hurt, first my feet hurt then my ankles then my calves and then the pain reaches my thighs. I love working and making that money but it's very painful. thanks!

sometimes when I bend my foot down, I get a searing pain in the arch of my foot, and when that happens I put pressure there until it stops. What the heck is that called when my foot hurts like that? Someone please answer me!

i play sports and there are times when my feet or legs hurt. to get rid of the pain i use ortho-nesic by dr. blaine. ortho-nesic actually works and helps my feet and legs feel much better

i clog which is danceing and i wear uncomfortable shoes for a long time because their new and i stomp alot so this really helps

An excellent and informative video. I've suffered with plantar fasciitis for many years and have to depend on orthotics (provided by a Harley Street podiatrist). However, I shall now try your advice (very clearly demonstrated in your video). Thank you.
