Water Bottle Ban

Regional Councillor John Taylor has put forward a motion to ban plastic water bottles from chambers and committee rooms in a first step to regional and provincial eradication of plastic water bottles.

I live in this town, and I didn't even know they were trying to ban water bottles. Good to hear it from the horse's mouth! Now, can you find out if they are REALLY incinerating 1/3 of the recycling material they collect??
