Cell phone charger and SEC 15

In this video I have a SEC 15 running off one AA battery lighting a light and charging ten batteries.
This is running off one AA battery using a cell phone charger to run the SEC.
The cell phone charger will hold just under 6v when running the SEC.
This also works just as good with the Chilliqueen,Jonnydavro circuit.

WHAT IS THE LOWEST VOLTAGE WHICH WILL RUN THIS CHARGER TO GET SAY 1.5 VOLTS.. iF IT IS LOW ENOUGH WE COULD CAPTURE TREE POWER FROM IT.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW. i HAVE YET TO BEABLE TO MAKE A SUCCESSFUL

The cellphone charger runs off one AA battery @1.5v and stops running at 1v.

The output from the cellphone charger is around 5.5v.
