I don't have FF7...
The quality is the same of the original file and you can compress the videos as you want. :)

how'd you rip this? psx mc? if so, doesn't it need cdaz? i can;t find ff7 or ff8 cdaz files! ;_;

I use PSmplay 0.4, it's the better program for this. It's very simple to use and very effective. :)
