thanks for that :), just seen it in the extra information thing aswell, i cycle up darwen tower which is 375m so quite a bit bigger. maybe when i can legally drink i'll take a trip up tan hill for a pint :)

According to Wikipedia, the pub is at 528 metres above sea level. Looks like a nice climb, doesn't it?

hi, does anybody know the altitude of this hill just for interest? it sounds like a challege, i cycle up a hill of 300m almost daily up an extremely steep path on my mountain bike, just want a comparison :)
