yeah you can thank the assholes nita lowey and andy spano for the buildings being knocked down at a cost of 30 million,,we are in a recession,with hospitals being closed,teachers being laid off,mount vernon with gang and drugs,,and the canon had a cover on it ,,it was returned to the taxpayer
