Don't people realize that the only people who really get anything out of lawsuits are lawyers?
The purpose of taking legal recourse is to assess and recover damages sustained. The only damages this idiot suffered was a waste his time which he could have mitigated by HANGING UP THE PHONE!!!
In short, his lawyer should tell him that he has NO case.

I'm black and i agree with u right there. The race card was played because he wasn't the bigger man and hanged up the call , he made himself sound like a idiot for starters he lied accusing him of calling him a black s.o.b, which he didi'nt say.
