Obama Dinner Protested By Gay Civil Rights Supporters - 5/27/2009

Gay Civil Rights supporters, including Army National Guard Arabic linguistics specialist Lt. Dan Choi and California married Robin Tyler and Diane Olson, call attention to President Obama's public silence on issues such as DADT, DOMA and EDNA. Courage Campaign founder Rick Jacobs and Lt. Choi speak to the crowd.

Obama was in town at to speak at a glitzy, celebrity-filled fundraiser. Lt. Choi had hoped to address Obama regarding his firing because of his being gay.
