OMG! Thank you! It's been years since I have done this and I went and bought 20 chicks this spring. I am trying the kill cones for the first time this year. I always used a hatchet but didn't like it. It sometimes wasn't sharp enough.

Thanks for posting this. We processed 16 pasture raised chickens for the first time using these videos as our guide. Worked perfectly.
