.In 1984, Icon released their self-titled debut, Icon. In 1985, Night of the Crime was released. In 1989, Right Between the Eyes was released. Following the release of Right Between the Eyes, Icon subsequently disbanded. . In 1994, (An Even) More Perfect Union was released, as a CD release. In August of 2008, ICON celebrated their reunion with a re-issue of a 1984 Bootleg Concert on DVD. There is also a possibility of 'Icon' & 'Night of the Crime' being re-released in the near future

Excellent! I was surprised to hear that they might release their albums on CD. My two tapes both have the dreaded "squeeks", so getting them replaced with CD's would be awesome for me. Plus, I thought the info might serve other readers as well.

icon..omg..they sucked then and more now.... i bought that horrible tape they call a record, right up there with the time i bought a neil young record....what a waste of money

I used to DJ back thru the 80's. I was playing these guys on a regular basis esp. on Metal Wednesday. There was also Helix, Back & Blue, Fastway to name a few that should have made it big. The 80's were overloaded with great bands but sadly to say many didn't make it because of the greed of the labels. The record companies wanted million dollar profits and with so many good bands they had to favor only a few. Keep posting this music for the younger generation; hopefully ending Beiber career! \m/
