@MaharlikaAWA Perhaps to lull the competitors into thinking that those sort of shenanigans wouldn't be pulled when it was their turn to play the next day. And/or perhaps to demonstrate to the audience just how much of a ruthless coldblooded SOB Zamir really was.

Why was Zamir so concerned with the rules to have that one warrior killed and then explain the rules to the main guy if he was just going to break them anyway and try to kill everyone? What did it matter?
Also when i saw this movie I actually thought the main characters name was Gymkata so I always call him that.

The first time I ever saw this movie was when it was on TNT and my sister runs outside and says "HEY!! THERE IS A MOVIE WITH NINJAS VS VIKINGS ON!!!!!" So I ran over and flipped out and thought it was so rad and i thought Zorg and Zamir were vikings fighting ninjas or running from them. Later i realized it was modern and not really vikings. but dang this movie pumped me up sooo hard! And the princess is hot and the village of the crazies is so crazy!!

@Gabepaullikegirls Maybe he adopted her...earlier it said her mom was indonesian but she doesnt even look half!!! And why does her dad have a jewish accent and she has a filipino accent?

At 0:18 the bad guy is trying hard to appear that he is badly beaten up by the hero.
