no it's not a movie it's an OVA. so far theres 4 episodes out. they're japanese but have english subs.

So far as I could tell through the game, it really seemed like Colette cares a helluva lot about Lloyd. I'd go more with crush than admiration, though she might admire him too. Lloyd/Colette is the most cannon pairing you'll find to match with the game, I think. o-o;
