Polish televisions have reported the attack on Georgian and Poland's presidents in the Akhalgori region yesterday. The crews of Polish TVs were accompanying the presidents as they were travelling to the Russian occupied area of Georgia. They provided their TV channels with the footage of the incident briefly, after it occurred. They have also released the interview with the Poland's president after the attack.
''We were going to the place where Russians must not be present in accordance with the ceasefire agreement. There we heard the shots from Russian machine-guns. It was really Russian machine-gun, because I remember the sound of its shots since I took military course. I did not feel myself unprotected and I had no feeling of fear,'' Lech Kachinsky told Polish journalists.
