Rep Darrell Issa (R-Cal) gets chided for his continued wingnut use of "Democrat Party" to refer to the Democratic Party. Barney Frank (D-Mass) came to his defence by calling the opposition the "Republicanistical" party. Serious times.

Most reasonable people consider $15 billion to GM a textbook example of poor judgement wasteful spending "good money after bad". AIG should be bankrupt too..
Welfare spending and payoffs to political constituencies disguised as a job-creation stimulus bill. Obama PROMISED it would reduce unemployment if it passed. Well now we can see the results, so his extremist defenders are reduced to screaming "we know it's horrible, but it would have been worse if we didn't waste all that money".
Glad to see someone call them on this. Many Republicans do it. Maybe it's out of habit by now, but it's certainly juvenile, and frankly, it reflects the mentality of the Republican party pretty well. If they get shamed enough in public, maybe they'll grow up.
So the Democrats are creating unprecedented deficits with wasteful spending and down-the-drain bailouts driving the economy into shambles, but the REAL problem is Issa calling them the 'Democrat' Party instead of 'Democratic' Party. Oh my
Wasteful spending? That's your opinion, and one a lot of people disagree with. We'd probably have a much worse economy if not for the spending.
Nobody said this was the one and only problem in the world. Way to attack the strawman. But it does reflect how childish the Republican party has become, and that IS a problem. How would you feel if all of the Democrats decided to call them Repigs? Ha ha, very clever and mature!
The Republicanistical Party is in a period of chastisement. Bush and the Republican Congress just spit in their bosses face for too long. Obama plays inside the rules and does not plan to take over the world, like Bush. World domination is not within the purview of the president. If you like comedy, just pay attention to the machinations of American government. Palin/Bachmann 2012 Haha!

Talk about the need to grow up and get a grip.
