This isn't hard to get at all. I recommend trying to get this achievement on a Challenge map, Chapter 3 - Ricochet. Map is exactly the same as in Single Player, and you have a timer down so you can know if you are doing good or bad. And word of advice, in chalenge mode, even if the timer starts when you leave the elevator, the achievement counting starts when you enter the Test Chamber door, so you have 80 seconds or 1:20 on the timer to get this.
