Since world politics specifics are in constant flux, the only important thing is that he or she have the right philosophy! He or she will learn all sorts of stuff when they get sworn in about every possible relationship. If they have the wrong philosophy, all of their decisions will be wrong. If they have the right one, then they will make good decisions.

I would like someone here to name for me that president who ran for office who had comprehensive knowledge about world politics, with the possible exception of Newt, who I admire who is also not perfect.

So, let's see if I have this right: We can elect a Markist, with zero foreign policy experience or any other executive experience, who talked about 57 states on his campaign trail and said he was in Asia when in Hawaii? Or, let's look at his ACTUAL decisions while president: Supports the "Arab Spring" which so far has brought caos & strengthened those who are our sworn enemies. BUT, Cain, who has the right philosophical approach is unqualified?

@SuperMeatsause If Ron Paul tires to make a difference congress can stop it. Probably 95% of what Paul talks about does not go well with the rest of congress they just simply do not like his ideas. The Gallup poll scientifically polls random participants so they accurately reflect the electorate. Straw Polls are only based on a group that has already showed up at an event. Moreover, they are bribed with beer and hot dogs, which is not exactly scientific data of who is going to vote.
