At what point does a robot become so lifelike that it becomes a human? And vice-versa, at what point does a human with robotic enhancements no longer become a human?

When does a robot become human? I´d say; when it have emotions that effect it and causes it to reason itself into an illogical conclusion.

Already we're using smart phones to augment our intellect. Already we have increasingly advanced prosthetic limbs that can be manipulated by brain waves alone. Before long, these mechanical limbs will be able to outperform organic ones in certain aspects.

My friend, I don't think the question is "When does a machine become human?". I think the question is "What does it mean to be human?". A sack of flesh? The mind? A person?

@EQOAnostalgia Already we implant chips into people's brains to help with organic processes. Already we have installed chips into the brains of rats and given them "memories" so that they knew exactly where to go in the maze on the first try. We took out the chips and they immediately forgot the information. Already we have mechanical eyes that partially restore vision to the blind. Already we can put cellphones INTO our teeth and communicate like that.
