the majority of that overtime is spent in the winter making sure you homeowners can get down your own block after a snowstorm. sundays are not days to clean up what we leave out on saturday. sunday is strictly as corner basket day for 2 people at a time with only a few trucks going out the entire day. get your facts straight before you hate on the one agency you cant live without. without us your garbage would pile up forever or youd cry in the winter that you cant make it down the block. waaaa!

I'm just "flying off the handle" here because I HATE welfare cases! I hate the person who harasses his landlord and deliberately dump the recycle wrong thus making the landlord/homeowner sort the garbage out. Afterwards, he dumps MORE shit in the wrong recycle while the landlord's at work and then a ticket agent writes out a ticket to the landlord. NO ONE wants to be grouped together with these welfare cases, do YOU???

No, the people who film are people who are pissed off at the way these ticket agents unfairly hand out tickets to hard working, NON-welfare collecting folks while the ticket agents go ahead and break other laws without regards.

That's 6 figures when there's OVERTIME! What's the best way to get overtime? Do a lousy job or have your workers NOT pick up the garbage on Saturday and then you do your job on Sunday. That's time and a half for you!

The most harassed people are homeowners. Homeowners don't collect welfare (unless they manage to trick the system!), their tenants do! The tenants that don't sort out the recycle properly, the ticket goes to the homeowner (not the tenant). So you guys get filmed. Stop whining!
