Sonic Genesis : Bloom Support

First off , we are using a Outside App to do this ,that someone in the Halo community hacked for use in Halo. The only thing we can claim we did on this is editting the intensity of the effect , still it shows we can encorperate bloom into the mod, i am currently working on the settings for it.

Sonic Model belongs to Sega , level model custom made by myself , all but 3% of the textures belong to Sega and Sonic Team.
