Everything you said is true! Also, that grabbing hand gives your opponent a tool to read your intentions ("sensitivity") through contact with your body movements. So, as the video clip title states, "First Things First." You had better remove that contact point (his hand) from your body.

this can't be san soo. Its simple, direct and logical. wheres all the spining and hopping. where are all the attacks that that have no chance of hitting anyone whether they move or not. You mean to tell there is san soo that is practical? ;o)
