In this video, I'm going to introduce commonsense emergency preparedness,
so you can deal with any interruptions and emergencies,
and you and your family can happily go on living life.

An important part of living the pirate lifestyle is being self-sufficient, living independent, and being prepared for difficult times. And not expecting the frickin' government to take care of you.

I have been a student of so-called alternative self-sufficient living my entire life, like farming your own food, wood burning heat, solar and wind energy, mobility, and much much more.

To be clear, I'm not thinking about the Armageddon end of the earth preparedness. I am talking about commonsense preparedness that all families lived by not that long ago, like your grandparents did. Today, in our modern world, being prepared for even the smallest of emergencies is rare.

Can you survive? Will your family manage? Are you prepared?

It might be a natural disaster like a flood, or tornado, or fire.
Maybe a technological disaster, something chemical, or biological, or nuclear.
And yes, maybe some type of Terrorism.
It might even be something simpler like losing your job in an extended economic downturn.

If you are interested I will gladly discuss how you can live more independent of the system and be prepared. Not silly recommendations like sealing your entire house with plastic wrap and duct tape, but real world commonsense solutions.

@PirateLifestyleTV Almost there.  Sold the homestead and all the furniture a few years ago. Sold everything in storage and started preparing the boat. Should be ready for whatever trouble the government start, by the end of the summer.
