This will not detox your body. The process is called hydrolysis, and its not intended for these purposes, the dirty brown water is from the minerals in the water, (mostly because its tap water they are using), after the hydrogen bond get separated from water molecule, and the salt they put in serves as an electrolytic supplement that fastens the process (bet the water got warm). I studied this in college and did several projects on it, and know the ins and outs of this, this wont detox ur body.
