i really miss the turkeys we had in Kurdistan (north iraq)... we had like 10 turkeys, they laid eggs and they hatched... they get very big and heavy... we eat them at kurdish new year, 1 time in 1 year:) and they had the best taste,(turkeys and chicens i eat in europe dont taste good, because they dont grow naturaly)

Thanks! I spend up to an hour a day with the turkeys, much of the time in a state of rapture. A new flock of about 15 gobblers and hens is coming into my yard almost every day, as well as two other flocks.

Hi Kathy,
Thanks for your interest. None of my 79 youtube videos of canada geese and turkeys has anyone being shot. I often use the word shoot as in shooting a picture. Also, a turkey I know — Pinky — flew into my backyard one day with an arrow through his body; I was able to find a bird rescue organization that removed the arrow. Pinky drops by for dinner almost every day now.
I am absolutely opposed to killing wild animals.

I thought it was great. Nature..Is best without narration. (or music)

Thanks for the comment. Sometimes I narrate for explanation of what is happening, sometimes I narrate for comic effect (my being attacked by goslings), and sometimes I am so mesmerized by watching them that I dont say a thing. The audio on your videos is terrific!
