  • @jrg305 The rear delt (along with infraspinatus and teres minor) are what pull the humeri back towards the scapulae. They're what allow you to load your scapulae with resistance to make it harder to retract/adduct them.

  • this is not a rear delt machine its a row machine for ur back. It works delts VERY VERY VERY LITTLE..... its barley even worth considering it a delt maching.

  • @infdecoy If you check some libraries there's probably some 'exercise anatomy' type stuff that teaches names, I just read wikipedia/ExRx over and over until I remember them, lol.

  • @truemakedon not everybody wants to be a big beast, he is in dam good shape, i wish i was that lean....but i eat a lot of high octane garbage so thats mostly my fault haha
