well I disagree with the noob drake thing a properly setup cruiser ( ruppy for example) will massacre most bc 1v1 ( hard to find 1v1 now) given you have skill in the right places but being pvp in eve there are far to many ifs. Drakes suck Lasers suck missiles apparently suck :)

Im my opinion the Moa is one of the worst looking ships, it is wildly asymetric and dousn't retain nice lines. ships like the Rifter, Merlin, and Armagedon look sweet though

no surprise here, the Boa (blaster moa) was effectively "under the guns" of the drake, (yes i know it has missiles) bt the drake was putting out little damage at that close range
