Palette Services Portal - Drag and Drop between widgets

This screencast presents an overview of the innovative Palette Services Portal's Drag and Drop Feature, allowing widgets to share resources throug an Inter-Widgets Messaging API. The Palette Services Portal is a Widget Engine developped in order to provide a composable GUI for Community of Practices users. The Palette Services Portal was developped in the frame of Palette, an IST programme of the European Commission.

The PALETTE project aims at facilitating and augmenting individual and organisational learning in Communities of Practice (CoPs). Towards this aim, an interoperable and extensible set of innovative services as well as a set of specific scenarios of use have been designed, implemented and thoroughly validated in CoPs of diverse contexts.
